Coaching has become a popular term in recent years but what does it mean? And how do you know if you NEED it? Let me start by explaining why I call myself a holistic health coach. I believe every aspect of your life is impacting your health. As a holistic health coach I am focused most on helping you get the most out of your life and being the healthiest you can be. That may mean discussing traditional topics such as nutrition and exercise. But for so many people we need to go deeper. Their life and health is not optimal due to stress, unmet expectations, not feeling fulfilled and a myriad of other topics. My goal is to dig deep with you to help you live the life that you want! If you wake up with a session of purpose and the intention of living intentionally everything else can flow from that. One of the biggest things that I have learned from helping people with their health goals is that what people really need is someone in their corner, encouraging them, listening to their concerns and helping them come up with solutions. That is why I practice appreciate style coaching where we focus on what you want MORE of in your life! Whatever it may be, I can help you move confidently towards your health and wellness goals. Coaching is part of what makes every athlete who they are. I know that not everyone sees coaching as a great thing, but believe me, it is the best thing that you can do. I want to let people know that coaching is part of what you need to do to improve. If we just train all by ourselves, then we will never be able to improve. I hope that realize how great coaching is, and how important it is to our careers.

I would like to schedule a free 'get to know you' session. These days are open on my end ... Tues 3/14 afternoon ... Wed 3/15 & Fri 3/17 all day ... If those times are not possible, let me know when you would have availability. I am 79 year old retired university art teacher & intend to live many healthy productive years yet.
